Reservation & Payment

Full payment per person is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat in class. Class sizes are limited, and materials are prepared in advance specifically for each participant.

Refund Policy

All class payments are non-refundable. Your registration secures your seat and covers advance preparation of supplies and materials.

Transfer & Credit Options

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options:

• Transfer to a Future Class: Move your registration to another scheduled class within 2 months of the original booking date.
• Transfer to Another Participant: You may send someone in your place for an upcoming class within 2 months. The new participant’s name and contact information must be provided prior to the new class date.
• Studio Credit: Receive a studio credit in the full amount paid, valid for 2 months, which may be applied toward a future class or artwork purchase.

Transfers or credit requests must be made prior to the scheduled class start time. Missed classes without notice are not eligible for transfer or credit.

Cancellations by the Studio

If a class is cancelled by the studio for any reason, participants will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to a future class date.

Private Classes

Private group bookings require a minimum of four (4) confirmed participants to qualify for group pricing. If fewer than four participants attend, the booking may be adjusted to the standard per-person rate or rescheduled. 

Group reservations must be paid in full to secure the discounted rate. Because materials and scheduling are arranged specifically for private bookings, transfers or credit requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
